Required Information for DMCA Notice

Counter-Notice Option

The user may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was mistaken.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed content
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was mistaken
  • Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files legal action.

Protection Against False Claims

Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting a DMCA notice.
